Responsibilities
Own all fixed asset accounting: additions, depreciation, disposals, and roll-forwards
Reconcile fixed asset sub-ledger to the general ledger
Prepare and post journal entries and support month-end and year-end close
Maintain and reconcile GL and subsidiary ledgers
Prepare monthly budget vs. actual reports by property and department
Support audits, tax requests, and financial reviews
Research P&L variances for a multi-property portfolio
Maintain GAAP-compliant accounting policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of accounting experience (fixed assets strongly preferred)
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with fixed asset software (Sage FAS preferred)
NetSuite or large ERP experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
