Responsibilities
Develop and deliver structured 8–12 week training programs for new recruitment hires
Lead virtual training sessions using Microsoft Teams and interactive learning tools
Manage multiple training cohorts and ensure consistent learning outcomes
Collaborate with leadership to align training initiatives with business goals
Provide performance feedback and development insights to managers and stakeholders
Track training effectiveness using data and performance metrics
Support continuous improvement of recruitment training content and methods
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years of recruitment experience in the staffing industry, including 2 years as a recruitment trainer
Strong expertise in recruitment processes and contract staffing models
Proven ability to facilitate engaging and effective virtual learning sessions
Advanced public speaking and group facilitation skills
Ability to provide clear, actionable, and constructive feedback
Strong performance management and data analysis skills
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Dynamic presentation style with a learner-focused approach
