Responsibilities

Develop and execute an enterprise digital channel strategy that delivers a connected, consistent customer experience across all retail banking segments

Lead innovation and digital delivery through AB Labs, partnering with IT and external technology partners to bring new capabilities to market

Own the roadmap, prioritization, and performance of all major customer-facing digital sales and service platforms

Leverage customer insights, market research, and competitive benchmarking to continuously improve digital experiences

Build, lead, and retain high-performing teams by fostering a culture of development, accountability, and inclusion

Partner closely with Marketing, IT, Finance, and business leaders to align digital investments with business outcomes

Oversee acquisition planning and integration from a digital channel perspective
