Coworker Resource Specialist Internal Only
Parkview Health System Inc is seeking a Coworker Resource Specialist to serve as a co-worker advocate and strategic HR partner. The role involves providing confidential support, designing development opportunities, and enhancing crisis management and co-worker support within the organization.

Responsibilities
Provides confidential, trauma-informed support through assessments, education, resource coordination, and follow-up to resolution
Consults with leaders and HR partners to enhance awareness, capability, and responsiveness around crisis management, mental well-being, and co-worker support
Designs and facilitates development opportunities that build resilience, empathy, and problem-solving skills among both leaders and co-workers, including training, workshops, and coaching sessions
Plays a key role in reporting and trend analysis, capturing de-identified case data and insights to identify systemic challenges, influence policy or process improvements, and inform strategic planning
Ensures that co-workers receive timely, comprehensive assistance through a data-driven and educational approach
Qualification
Required
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
Must have a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR, social work, case management, or employee assistance
Experience consulting with leaders and partnering with HR to address co-worker well-being, crisis response, and retention concerns required
Strong understanding of HR consultation, including leader coaching, early intervention, and workplace well-being strategies
Demonstrated expertise in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and resource coordination
Ability to analyze case data and report trends to support continuous improvement and organizational planning
Skilled in facilitation and instructional design, able to deliver engaging training and workshops to diverse audiences
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments, balancing co-worker advocacy with organizational priorities
Strong working knowledge of community and social service systems, including financial, housing, and mental health resources
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with documentation or case management systems
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Master's degree preferred, particularly in Social Work (MSW), Counseling, Human Resources, or Organizational Development
PHR, SHRM-CP, or related HR credential strongly preferred
Certification in case management, social work, or employee assistance preferred (e.g., LSW, CCM, CEAP)
Experience in healthcare, employee relations, or large, complex organizations strongly preferred, including familiarity with multi-site operations, diverse workforce needs, and cross-functional collaboration
Experience in facilitating training and education for leaders and co-workers preferred
