Strategic/Analytic Program Manager
Arkansas Children's is a healthcare organization focused on providing quality care for children. The Strategic/Analytic Program Manager will lead strategic planning, oversee department budgets, and manage key projects while utilizing predictive analytics to ensure operational continuity and effective adoption of system-enabled initiatives.

Responsibilities
Develop project management strategies and work with discipline leaders to execute plans
Act as project lead and coordinate project activities ensuring work is progressing as planned and project deliverable dates are clearly communicated, understood and executed
Plan and prioritize deliverables and resources based on scope of work and project goals. Monitor project risks and identify potential problems, proactively identify solutions
Document and communicate project status and strategic recommendations, escalate issues accordingly, identify opportunities for improvement
Prepare and present both written and oral reports regarding the status of projects, variances, benefit realization metrics, project budget analysis and status of projects
Engage in conversations with stakeholders using appropriate communication methods to achieve desired results. Promote positive communications between all entities
Use analytical skills and judgement to solve problems with limited information. Query internal and external databases; interpret and analyze data
Perform strong risk analytics and risk mitigation strategies, recommending alternatives
Demonstrate an understanding of the operational and strategic importance of work to align with system-wide initiatives
Compiles accurate data and prepares forecast and other trend analysis in collaboration with finance. Identifies, analyzes and monitors issues that affect profitability, growth and productivity

Required
Bachelor's Degree
Direct - 4 years of experience
