Responsibilities

Support planning and execution of software development and integration efforts across multiple teams

Develop migration and integration plans, including scope, level of effort estimates, and delivery timelines

Work with analysts to plan, prioritize, and execute data discovery and integration activities

Coordinate with developers to plan and execute sprint-based development work

Maintain Jira as the system of record by creating, updating, and organizing epics, stories, and tasks

Track progress, identify risks or blockers, and help teams resolve issues early

Create and maintain project artifacts, schedules, and delivery documentation

Support configuration management activities and environment transitions

Engage directly with customer stakeholders and partner organizations to support both strategic planning and day-to-day execution

Assist with documentation and transition of security and accreditation materials for new and legacy systems

Required

U.S. Person status as defined by a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, Asylee, or Refugee

Active U.S. Government Security Clearance at the TS/SCI level with required polygraph

Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Geography), or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree

Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience

Strong, hands-on experience using Jira to manage and track software development work

Experience supporting system accreditation requirements and creation of required documentation

Willingness to work onsite full time in McLean, VA
