Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development: Identify new builder clients and maintain relationships with existing accounts. Drive product adoption and sales by presenting tailored countertop solutions that meet customer needs
Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including builders, contractors, architects, and project managers
Market Expansion: Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities within the assigned territory
Product Expertise: Provide in-depth product knowledge and guidance on the features and benefits of our countertop materials, as well as application best practices
Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for builder clients, offering superior customer service, troubleshooting, and ensuring timely delivery of projects
Collaboration: Work closely with the internal sales, design, and operations teams to coordinate efforts and deliver seamless service to clients
Reporting: Track sales performance, customer feedback, and project progress, providing regular updates to leadership

Required

Proven experience in sales or business development within the construction, home improvement, or building materials industry (countertops experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of countertop products and materials, including granite, quartz, marble, etc
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
Ability to travel within the designated territory as needed
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
