Marketing Coordinator
California Institute of Advanced Management (CIAM) is a nonprofit graduate university that focuses on executing integrated marketing initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in strengthening the university’s brand and supporting student recruitment through various marketing channels.
Responsibilities
Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, print, and web
Support website management, landing pages, copywriting, analytics, and email marketing
Create and manage content for social media, newsletters, websites, and promotional materials
Shoot and edit short-form videos and reels for marketing and social platforms
Manage day-to-day social media posting, engagement, and community interaction
Assist with planning and promoting university events, including open houses and recruitment activities
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of marketing experience (higher education experience a plus)
Strong proficiency in Canva (required)
Video editing experience (required)
Experience with social media management and content creation
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp or similar)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of branding and communications
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Portfolio, cover letter, and resume required (letters of recommendation preferred)
