Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in advancing the business by developing and maintaining relationships with customers and promoting products and services.

Responsibilities
Successfully develop and maintain relationships with customers to promote products and services
Actively participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company offerings and sales techniques
Promptly respond to all incoming inquiries and identify potential sales opportunities and follow up with leads
Utilize effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Create and maintain accurate and updated records of sales activities and customer interactions
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns
Correctly quote products and services to customers
Understand and review customer ordering and inventory levels, responding appropriately as needed
Actively contribute and execute ideas for process improvements and cost savings
Qualification
Required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business-related field
1-2+ years of demonstrated experience in a technical customer facing role
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Outstanding interpersonal relationship skills
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
Strong focus and attention to detail
Time management and organizational skills; ability to prioritize and multi-task in a complex business environment
Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
Strong focus on customer service
