Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors in person and via phone, handling inquiries with professionalism
Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and legal documents; perform data entry and organize case materials
Optimize attorneys’ schedules by managing correspondence, drafting documents, gathering and analyzing information, and arranging meetings and events
Manage attorney calendars, scheduling conferences, depositions, court dates, travel, and other engagements
Act as a liaison for attorneys, communicating on their behalf and handling delegated tasks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required
1+ year(s) of experience in administrative or legal roles
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a strong focus on detail
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
