Responsibilities
Successfully handle high volume inbound customer service calls
Respond to e-mail inquiries
Expedite unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
Maintain accurate customer information and scheduled appointment details
Actively promote additional services or products when applicable
Qualification
Required
1-year customer service experience within the Plumbing/HVAC/Electrical trades
Must be able to pass a background and drug screen
Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications
Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English and must be able to sit for long periods of time
Must be able to work evenings and weekends when needed
Preferred
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Prior experience using Service Titan is a bonus
