Senior Sales Compensation Analyst

As a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst, you will ensure the accurate execution of sales compensation plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify efficiencies and manage special projects.

Responsibilities

Administer the sales compensation plans, ensuring accurate and timely Xactly set-up, attainment reconciliations, and earning reviews
Identify operational issues and process improvements; collaborate with internal stakeholders as needed to development solutions
Support accruals and ad hoc reporting
Respond to employee questions regarding commission and policies in a timely manner
Document assigned sales compensation processes
Assist with Xactly implementation and/or reporting development
Ad-hoc projects and back-up for other team members

Required

3+ years of sales compensation experience
Xactly administration experience
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, accounting or related fields, or equivalent experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complete data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g. formulas, pivot tables, modeling, etc.)
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement, operational excellence and supporting sales performance through data-driven solutions
Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply compensation policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance aligned to company guidelines
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to partner effectively across departments at various levels of the organization
