Responsibilities
Lead the design of user interfaces and interactions for mobile apps and connected hardware experiences
Translate user research and product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Collaborate daily with Product Management, Engineering, and QA to ensure feasibility and quality
Partner with UX Research to iterate designs based on user testing and feedback
Champion accessibility and usability principles throughout the product lifecycle
Maintain design system documentation for cohesive cross-touchpoint experiences
Present design strategy and rationale to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
Qualification
Required
7+ years of end-to-end mobile app (iOS/Android) product design
Expertise in design tools (Figma, Adobe CS) and prototyping
Proven experience building and maintaining design systems
Strong collaboration with Engineering & QA in Agile/SCRUM environments
Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
Experience with connected hardware or physical/digital integrated products (Major Plus)
Lead the design of user interfaces and interactions for mobile apps and connected hardware experiences
Translate user research and product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Collaborate daily with Product Management, Engineering, and QA to ensure feasibility and quality
Partner with UX Research to iterate designs based on user testing and feedback
Champion accessibility and usability principles throughout the product lifecycle
Maintain design system documentation for cohesive cross-touchpoint experiences
Present design strategy and rationale to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Visual Design, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile app design
A proven track record of leading design from concept to launch in a collaborative team environment
