Bass Pro Shops is a leading retailer in outdoor recreation products, and they are seeking an Architectural Illustrator to execute high-quality architectural illustrations. The role involves using software like Revit, CAD, and Photoshop to produce 3D images and movies that accurately represent architectural designs based on input from the Design & Development team.

Responsibilities

The Architectural Illustrator executes architectural illustrations using Revit, CAD, Lumion, and photoshop to produce high quality 3D images that are as close to reality as possible

Models will then be placed in Lumion to produce a movie with music

The movie will then be loaded on a YouTube platform for viewing by ownership

The process and direction for these images will come from the Design & Development team in the form of photos, sketches, mark up, prints, and other formats that will require an understanding of architecture and the construction process

Use of the department resources for files, materials, signage, and equipment will also be a requirement

When possible, a 3D print will be required

Required

Bachelor's degree and or equivalent design illustrator experience

Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp and Microsoft series of programs

Strong communication skills

Visionary thinker, creative, willing to look beyond the typical and be inventive

Able to read, understand and produce meaningful architectural drawings

Drawings will be used to communicate design intent to others for full production and execution

Preferred

Revit experience would be a plus
