Sales Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

Provide support to the VP of Revenue Operations, VP of Sales Operations and VP of Sales, along with the team of Sales Directors, most of which are remote across the country
Analyze pricing requests and coordinate delivery and maintenance of accurate pricing proposals in a timely manner
Validate margin calculations and ensure alignment with approved pricing strategies
Act as the liaison between Sales and Pricing teams to ensure timely delivery of quotes
Review all proposals and inclusion of appropriate documentation prior to submission
Monitor opportunity and account data for accuracy based on sales methodology using SFDC
Maintain accurate financials including pricing in CRM (Salesforce) and other sales systems
Focus on process and continuous improvement of projects working closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Relationship Management, Finance and Revenue Operations
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Sales, Communications or related discipline, or equivalent experience
1- 3 years Sales Operations experience is preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent organizational, analytical and executive communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative, team player and creative problem solver
Flexible and able to change priorities quickly, managing multiple priorities often
Strong formatting experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong attention to grammar, accuracy and detail
Excellent organization, analytical and executive communication skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision

Preferred

1- 3 years Sales Operations experience is preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
