Responsibilities
Coordinate multi-site, cross-functional teams to implement products across primary, secondary, or dual-source manufacturing locations
Review, manage, and coordinate tooling transfers and usage between production sites
Develop and document manufacturing methods, processes, and sequences for moderately complex products and assemblies
Ensure manufacturing processes comply with customer quality requirements and internal standards
Identify and document 'hidden factory' processes and convert them into clear, standardized work instructions
Support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate closely with quality, design engineering, and test engineering teams
Support process optimization and knowledge transfer efforts to enable consistent production outcomes
Contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Technology, Sciences, or Mathematics)
2–5 years of relevant manufacturing engineering or related experience
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
Experience in manufacturing engineering or related: 3 years
Location: Tempe, AZ 85284
Shift availability: Day Shift
Ability to Commute: Tempe, AZ 85284
Preferred
Background in Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering
Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and regulatory requirements
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
Experience with aluminum and steel sheet metal welding in aerospace applications
Knowledge of brazed heat exchanger core assemblies
Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing environments
