Marketing Project Manager

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope
Implement Agile project management principles and Scrum framework to lead department task management as well as drive project execution efficiency while adapting to changing requirements
Collaborate with department leads to allocate resources effectively, balancing workload across teams to optimize productivity and ensure project deadlines are met and tasks are prioritized & assigned
Foster collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment of project objectives and efficient resolution of issues and dependencies
Contribute to the establishment and continuous improvement of a Project Management Organization (PMO), including developing and refining project management processes, templates, and best practices
Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment of project goals with organizational objectives and expectations
Identify and mitigate project risks proactively, employing risk management techniques to minimize potential impacts on project deliverables

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in leading cross-functional projects, preferably within Marketing
Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies and Scrum framework
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across teams and stakeholders
Very comfortable being assertive and seeking out opportunities to improve processes & effectively execute projects
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
Experience in the Pharmacy/Healthcare industry is a plus
Certification in Agile/Project Management methodologies; Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Project Management Professions (PMP) is a plus
Project Management software experience. Preferably Asana experience
