Responsibilities

Process a variety of disbursement transactions, ensuring compliance with contract provisions and regulatory guidelines

Handle cost basis transactions as part of surrender requests, verifying all required documentation and calculations

Utilize various systems to manage daily workflow and transaction processing

Review and approve the accuracy of transactions processed by other team members

Collaborate with other internal teams to obtain necessary information for transaction completion

Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail while processing a significant volume of transactions

Provide essential feedback to support the automation and continuous improvement of transaction processing workflows

Adhere to established schedules and demonstrate dependability and reliability in meeting processing deadlines

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices

Required

Experience in transaction processing is preferred

Proficiency with basic computer systems and Microsoft Office applications

Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and tools

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Must adhere to schedule requirements demonstrating dependability and reliability

Must have or obtain NC Life License within 90 days of direct hire
