Responsibilities

Lead the design of key products with full ownership of web and mobile applications
Craft intuitive interfaces and engaging user experiences that resonate with our end users
Work hands-on across UX, UI, and AI-enabled product initiatives
Collaborate closely with a fast-moving, mission-driven team to explore and implement innovative solutions that drive impact for our patients, partners, and operations teams
Continuously refine user journeys and interactions, ensuring clarity, ease of use, and delight

Required

3 to 5 years of experience designing software products, with a compelling portfolio showcasing thoughtful, user-centered designs
A self-starter with an owner mindset who thrives in an early-stage startup environment with ambiguity and resource constraints
Experience building products with reusable component design across multiple applications
Strong listening skills to capture ideas from stakeholders, engineers, and the product team
An open mindset to feedback and the ability to take constructive criticism to improve designs
Must be a resident of the United States and a US citizen
