Required

Education: High School or GED, Required

Licensure/Certification: Completion Novant Health sponsored training program, required

Must exhibit strong communication skills; ability to write effectively; effective computer skills, and strong customer service skills

Preferred

Basic computer skills for documentation

Medical Unit Receptionist (MUR) and Safety Attendant duties may be assigned as determined by unit leaders and unit needs

If needed in the MUR role, the Care Associate must be able to perform the MUR skills as indicated in the MUR job description

If needed in the Safety attendant role, the Care Associate must complete appropriate training and be able to perform the Safety Attendant skills as indicated in the Safety Attendant job description
