They are seeking a Strategic Account Executive to drive new business development and manage existing accounts within the Financial Services vertical, focusing on expanding relationships with Tier 1 financial institutions.

Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Sales: Own the entire sales process from initial prospecting and discovery to contract negotiation and closing for new logos
Account Expansion: Develop and execute strategic account plans for existing clients to drive upsell and cross-sell revenue, ensuring our solution is deeply embedded in their infrastructure
Vertical Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert on FinTech trends, regulatory changes, and the digital transformation needs of banks, asset managers, and insurance firms
Multi-Threaded Outreach: Build and maintain relationships across multiple business units (e.g., Risk, IT, Operations, and Digital Product) and levels (Director to C-Suite)
Collaboration: Partner with Sales Engineering and Product teams to customize solutions that meet the rigorous security and compliance standards of the financial industry
Forecasting: Maintain a high level of CRM hygiene (Salesforce) and provide accurate quarterly revenue forecasts

Required

5–10 years of experience in Enterprise B2B sales, specifically selling into the Financial Services sector (Banking, FinTech, Insurance, or Capital Markets)
Consistent history of meeting or exceeding $1M+ annual quotas and closing six-figure or seven-figure deals
Proficiency in a structured sales framework (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler)
Ability to speak the language of Finance—understanding P&L impact, ROI modeling, and the regulatory landscape (GDPR, SOC2, etc.)
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (approx. 25%)
