Responsibilities

Produce web and social media captures for customers using the Page Vault software
Choose the best capture approach based on job specs and the content being preserved
Deliver captures on time and without defects
QA captures (your own and others’) against standards before delivery
Identify and correct issues that commonly occur in automated/bulk captures (e.g., incomplete scrolls, skipped items, cutoffs, missing content)
Follow QA checklists precisely and help improve them when changes are needed
Troubleshoot difficult capture targets by systematically trying available settings and methods before escalating
Use internal documentation to run approved workflows (including terminal scripts and browser tools) to improve capture results when needed
Document what you tried so others can quickly help if escalation is required
Review complex capture targets and URL sets
Help estimate effort and identify risks (logins, dynamic content, paywalls, etc.)

Required

Demonstrated relevant experience
Authorization to work in the U.S. (we cannot sponsor visas)
Comfort working full-time in a remote environment
Are genuinely detail-oriented and take pride in precision work
Like following checklists and processes—without cutting corners
Stay calm when something doesn't work, and troubleshoot methodically
Can learn technical tools from documentation without needing constant help
Take ownership of outcomes and care about reducing rework
Enjoy a mix of focused independent work and collaborative problem-solving
Are comfortable using modern web tools (browsers, web apps, basic troubleshooting)
Are able to manage multiple tasks and hit deadlines in a remote environment
Have strong written communication skills (especially when documenting issues and what you tried)

Preferred

Browser developer tools (DevTools)
Running scripts in terminal (you don't need to write code)
eDiscovery platforms (e.g., Relativity)
