Responsibilities

Monitor system health and performance, proactively resolving issues to maintain uptime
Automate routine tasks using scripting languages like Python or PowerShell
Lead incident management efforts and collaborate across teams to restore services quickly
Uphold data center security and compliance standards
Maintain clear documentation of procedures, configurations, and resolutions
Stay ahead of the curve with continuous learning in cloud technologies and monitoring tools
Partner with IT Help Desk, system admins, and business units to meet SLAs and plan capacity

Required

4–6 years in data center operations, with proven leadership in team settings
Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field preferred; Associate's degree with relevant experience considered

Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure
Excellent customer service and communication
Ability to follow procedures and escalate appropriately
Are logical, detail-oriented, and methodical in your approach
Can make independent decisions within established parameters
Enjoy solving complex operational challenges
Value collaboration and clear communication
