Entry, Mid LevelBone Dry Roofing is seeking an Insurance Specialist to assist clients in filing insurance claims for roof damage. The role involves navigating the insurance process, working closely with sales and production teams to ensure timely repairs and accurate claims processing.

Responsibilities
Work with Bone Dry sales Representatives and clients to assess damage to their roofs and determine the need to file an insurance claim
Generate detailed cost estimates utilizing measurements and photos taken with the purpose of reaching an agreed scope of work with the insurance carrier
Assist and advise sales team for each particular claim
Advise clients on the insurance claims process and keep them informed
Communicate with insurance adjusters on behalf of clients to ensure accurate assessment of damage and appropriate payment for repairs
Follow up with insurance companies to ensure timely payment of claims and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise
Keep detailed records of all insurance claims and maintain accurate documentation of all communications with clients, insurance companies, and production team
Invoice insurance carriers and follow up for payments while keeping company stakeholders up to date
Stay up-to-date with changes in insurance regulations and policies that may impact the claims process
Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders
Be able to learn and navigate multiple technology platforms to perform daily tasks
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid Drivers license
Knowledge of insurance regulations and policies related to roofing damage claims, or the ability to learn quickly
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or related field preferred
Prior experience preferred in claims processing or adjusting for Construction, Roofing, Property and Casualty industries
Construction/Roofing Industry knowledge and experience is a plus
