Sodexo is seeking a Resident Experience Manager for Keiser University Flagship Campus, responsible for creating a positive campus environment for students. The role involves managing residential housing, facilitating the Residence Code of Conduct, and overseeing student engagement activities.

Responsibilities

Be the leader of residential housing and resident engagement and student life

Manage the on-campus experience for over 2000 students

Administrate and Facilitate the Residence Code of Conduct

Achieve a high standard of community living and engagement that facilitates positive and directed student development

Develop, administer, promote and assess the Residence Life Program

Develop significant and sustained training experiences for our Community Ambassadors

Experience managing crisis and emergencies

Event coordination experience

Required

Valid Driver's License and clear driving background

Experience working with campus and community partners and participating on committees and working groups - key campus partners include Athletics, the Student Association, Student Success Facilitators, Student Services, Health, Counselling and Accessibility Services

Experience in the creation of annual college budgets, identify and cost estimate residence life activities in collaboration with residence life team and the GM

Experience managing crisis and emergencies

Event coordination experience

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 2 Years

Minimum Functional Experience - 1 year
