Project Manager

Cobalt Service Partners is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Project Manager to lead highly complex, security-focused projects. This role involves managing projects from kickoff through closeout, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget while collaborating closely with various teams to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Facilities Services

Responsibilities

Manage projects end-to-end, from handoff through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment
Serve as the primary point of contact between Sales, Engineering, Field Technicians, vendors, and clients
Review approved quotes, submittals, and job documentation to ensure project readiness
Oversee job packets, material procurement, delivery coordination, and installation scheduling
Track project progress, risks, and change orders; communicate updates clearly to internal and external stakeholders
Support field teams by resolving issues, answering technical questions, and removing blockers
Manage punch lists, closeout documentation, O&M manuals, and warranty submissions
Participate in recurring project and operations meetings, driving accountability and follow-through
Identify opportunities to improve project processes, tools, and execution standards
Maintain accurate, up-to-date project data in company systems

Required

Proven experience managing projects in construction, low-voltage, or technical environments
Familiarity with Security Access Control, Video Management, Nurse Call, and Emergency Communication systems
Low-voltage electrical experience
Electrical construction experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, submittals, and specifications
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Professional, disciplined, and collaborative working style
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. This role may involve up to 30% local travel - mileage reimbursement would be provided
Must be able to pass a standard background and security screening

Preferred

PMP, CSM, or similar project management certification
Experience with Bluebeam, submittals, and change order management
Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent hands-on experience
Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization
