InternThe Familie is a music and sports agency representing top talent across the entertainment and athletic industries. The Sports Intern will support the day-to-day operations of the Team Sports Division, gaining hands-on experience in client management, marketing, and business development.

Responsibilities
Provide recruiting support for Team Sports and NIL through prospect research and database management
Assist with internal sports initiatives through outreach, research, and project coordination
Support analytics projects by tracking performance, summarizing data, and preparing insights for athlete marketing and recruiting
Assist with social media planning and content development for client brands
Conduct research on prospective clients, market trends, and partnership opportunities
Contribute to off-season planning, activations, and athlete engagement initiatives
Assist in creative services, including updating decks, one-sheets, and internal materials
Participate in team and client meetings, taking notes and assisting with follow-up tasks
Perform administrative and operational tasks such as scheduling, file organization, and general correspondence
Qualification
Required
Well-developed communication, organizational and time management skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Passion for sports, marketing, and the business side of the industry
Familiarity with social media platforms and content best practices
Interest or experience in NIL, collegiate athletics, or sponsorship/endorsement deals
Proactive, resourceful, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced environment
Must be enrolled in a university and continue to be enrolled for the duration of the internship
Preferred
Preference for juniors, seniors, or recent graduates
