Responsibilities

Consultative Sales: Identify opportunities with existing and new clients to implement or optimize client MarTech stacks, focusing on CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) and technical integrations

Master Execution: Lead the strategy, execution for marketing technology and automation jobs, delivered with a focus on excellent client experience

Pipeline Growth: Actively prospect and pitch solutions to new and existing clients to expand the agency's footprint. Be visible and network to bring visibility to our agency

Client Services: Act as the account manager for our clients, ensuring their Digital Marketing activities (Social Media, SEM, Paid Ads) align with their broader business goals

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Bridge the gap between the client and our internal specialists (Ad buyers, Content creators, Developers) to ensure seamless delivery

Performance Reporting: Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, translating technical metrics into clear business outcomes

Improve Client Retention: Grow the client account by superior customer delivery, thinking ahead of the curve, and adding value to their account
