Responsibilities
Analyzes, observes and documents operational and business processes
Assists in the preparation of print media and other communications for educating and promoting awareness of process improvement actions and metrics
Utilizes metrics and statistical analysis in the definition of problems and solutions. Studies advanced business concepts and benchmark companies
Assists in the development of applications and formulation of recommendations that will contribute to the achievement of divisional strategic business plans prepares and/or makes presentations to management up to and including vice presidents
Assists management in implementing process improvement changes and instituting critical metrics, if necessary
Participates on cross divisional teams to identify and realize high leverage improvement opportunities
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree or equivalent in business, engineering, or computer science required
Two (2) years professional experience in management consulting, operations management, internal audit, finance, engineering, or information systems analysis/planning required
Strong improvement experience
Strong analytical and communication skills
