Responsibilities
Lead and execute B2B business development strategies for building materials in the U.S. market
Develop and maintain relationships with developers, contractors, and major B2B partners
Identify, negotiate, and structure long-term commercial partnerships
Manage sales and operational processes to ensure smooth execution from deal to delivery
Leverage existing industry connections to generate new business opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure supply chain, logistics, and project execution efficiency
Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and strategic recommendations to leadership
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in the U.S. building materials industry (business development, sales, operations, or channel management)
Strong understanding of B2B sales models and project-based collaboration
Proven ability to manage both sales and operational responsibilities
Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills
Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (required)
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently
