Responsibilities
Support end-user technology solutions including PCs, MacBooks, tablets, and smartphones
Utilize enterprise tools such as Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Microsoft Desktop Toolkit, and Apple Business Manager
Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and architectural diagrams
Collaborate with end users to understand technology needs and deliver solutions aligned with company standards
Support virtual solutions such as Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Windows 365
Manage incidents, perform problem management, and maintain operational stability
Qualification
Required
Experience in end-user technology management (Microsoft, Dell products)
Familiarity with enterprise tools: MS Intune, MECM, MS MDT, Apple ABM/ADE
Strong documentation skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Certifications in Microsoft and Apple technologies
Experience with scripting/automation (PowerShell or similar)
Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
