The role involves managing scope, budget, risk, and stakeholder engagement across multiple projects while providing leadership to project managers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Lead delivery of large, complex hybrid business/IT programs ($10–15M annually)
Lead projects with a strong focus on regulatory and healthcare initiatives, including Medicare-related work
Oversee multiple interrelated projects; manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk
Partner with executive sponsors and senior leadership to ensure strategic alignment
Track milestones, dependencies, and financials; recommend corrective actions
Prepare and present project plans, status reports, business cases, and ROI analyses
Lead and mentor project managers; ensure adherence to PMO standards
Drive delivery efficiency and cost effectiveness across programs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus 10+ years of progressive project/program management experience, including leadership of $10M+ initiatives with large, matrixed teams
Strong experience in budgeting, change management, risk management, and resource planning
Expertise with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
Advanced proficiency with tools such as Smartsheet and Jira
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
PMP certification or equivalent required
Preferred
Regulatory and healthcare experience—particularly with Medicare—is highly preferred
progressive project/program management: 10 years (Preferred)
Smartsheet, Jira, Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid Delivery Models: 4 years (Preferred)
Leadership: 1 year (Preferred)
PMP (Preferred)
