Responsibilities
Configuration Set up and customize Duck Creek Policy modules Forms Rules Rating Tasks Pages Transact Billing for new or changed insurance products
Business Analysis Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into technical specifications
Development Integration Develop integrations with other systems Claims Billing using APIs and build data migration solutions
Testing Support Conduct unit testing fix defects support QA and provide post deployment troubleshooting
Documentation Create technical designs user guides and process documentation
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with Duck Creek Policy Author, Transact, Express v2v3, Rating, Forms, Rules, Pages, DCOD, and APIs Native Anywhere
Proficiency in XML, SQL, XSLT, and familiarity with .NET
Experience with Azure DevOps, Tortoise GIT, DC Util, Trace Monitor, Data Tester
Personal or Commercial Lines (P&C) insurance experience
Ability to design, build, and implement insurance product rules, forms, ratings, and workflows within the Duck Creek Policy system
Ability to translate complex business needs into technical configurations
Experience handling integrations, performing unit testing, supporting data migration, and ensuring compliance
Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into technical specifications
Experience developing integrations with other systems (Claims, Billing) using APIs and building data migration solutions
Experience conducting unit testing, fixing defects, supporting QA, and providing post-deployment troubleshooting
Ability to create technical designs, user guides, and process documentation
Preferred
Duck Creek Certifications (Policy Configurator, DCOD)
Experience with Agile methodologies
