Responsibilities

Lead regulatory Business Risk for acquisitions as the main delegate. Manage issue lifecycles, define requirements, and escalate or reprioritize as necessary. Analyze each case, plan solutions, and propose alternatives for effective resolution. Hold regular stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and progress - (40%)
Support the Product Operating Model as a Business Functional Leader, ensuring product and technology resources for the Apply and Buy Value Stream are aligned with Bread’s strategic objectives. Contribute to business case development and support business requirements for growth initiatives. - (20%)
Monitor acquisition performance to identify trends across partners, products, and channels. Develop reports and performance insights for leadership and cross-functional teams as needed. Proactively identify and pursue new initiatives to drive efficiencies and achieve new account targets - (20%)
Coordinate leadership materials to provide clear visibility into acquisition trends, opportunities, and progress toward organizational goals. - (10%)
Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to influence and optimize acquisition efforts. - (10%)

Required

High School Diploma or GED
5+ years of financial services experience working with cross-functional teams

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field of study
8+ years experience in credit card product management and marketing

Associates have discretion in managing their time away from work through the Flexible Time Off (FTO) program and may need to notify and receive approval from their manager prior to taking the time off.
Associates (except those located in Illinois) receive 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time (“PSST”) upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year.
Illinois associates receive 40 hours of Illinois PSST upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year and 40 hours of Illinois Paid Leave upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year.
Hired associates will be able to elect the purchase company stock during offering periods in June and December.
You will be eligible for an annual incentive bonus based on individual and company performance.
