They are seeking a Customer Service & Community Associate to manage customer service and community engagement across email and social channels, providing timely and friendly support while proactively engaging with the community.

Manage Evergreen’s customer service inbox and respond to customer inquiries
Handle customer questions and feedback across social media channels
Proactively engage in relevant conversations across social platforms
Escalate issues requiring leadership or cross-functional input
Support customer-related aspects of promotions and campaigns
Surface recurring questions and customer insights to the marketing team
Qualification
Required
Prior customer service or community experience; CPG or food brand experience preferred
Strong written communication and organizational skills
Comfortable managing multiple conversations simultaneously
Preferred
Familiarity with customer service and social management tools is a plus
