Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and maintain customer installed databases
Design and implement tools and scripts to improve efficiency of our database related processes and tasks
Assist other team members in troubleshooting complex issues
Assist other team members in loading and cleanup of records associated with the data migration process
Assist other team members in scripting reports

Qualification

SQLPL/SQLTechnical healthcare experienceOracle DBA certificationAnalytical skillsCustomer service skillsCommunication skillsProblem-solving skillsTime managementTeam player

Required

2+ years of technical healthcare industry experience
2+ years of experience with SQL, PL/SQL scripts
Ability to travel up to 50% for business needs

Preferred

Bachelor of Computer Science, College/Computer Technical Specialist
Certificate, Oracle 9i/10G/11G/12c DBA / OCA, MS, SQL 10.5/11/12/13
Solid written and communication skills
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle concurrent and complex projects
Self-starter, able to work independently without supervision
Team Player
Solid Customer Service skills
Excellent IT skills
Solid time management and organizational skills
Ability to coach and train
