Manage inbound calls, provide process overview, and schedule consultations with the attorney

Prepare and dispatch representation agreements, ensure execution, and manage estate planning questionnaires

Conduct intake interviews, handle data entry into WealthCounsel WealthDocs, and draft estate documents

Maintain exceptional client service by consistently providing updates and personal follow-ups

Schedule signing appointments and coordinate post-signing tasks like deed recording

Conduct thorough quality checks on documents to ensure accuracy and completeness

Required
