Collaborate with outsourced AP/AR teams and internal bookkeeper for seamless operations
Provide detailed reporting and assist with fund allocation across entities
Support executive leadership with financial analysis and strategic insights
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of accounting or financial management experience
Proficiency in QuickBooks and construction finance tools
Experience in family office environments and multi-entity reporting
Strong understanding of construction draws, loan banking servicing, and investment positions
Preferred
Accounting degree preferred
Construction industry experience
