Responsibilities
Build repeatable sales playbooks from zero (outbound, inbound, partnerships)
Run demos and close deals with freight brokerage decision makers (owners, ops managers)
Become the voice of the customer translate broker pain into product priorities
Test messaging, pricing, and positioning in real conversations
Help define our ICP and go-to-market strategy as we scale
Qualification
Required
3+ years in B2B sales (SaaS, logistics tech, or freight/supply chain experience is a huge plus)
Comfortable selling to small/mid-sized businesses (not enterprise)
You can translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical buyers
You're energized by ambiguity and ownership
Preferred
You've built something from scratch before, or early-stage startup or founder experience preferred
