Responsibilities
Partner with Sales to identify opportunities and provide actionable insights leveraging Amazon datasets and internal tools
Build and maintain ad-hoc reports and dashboards in Power BI and other BI platforms to support Sales priorities
Perform deep-dive analyses on market share, profitability, pricing elasticity, and promotional performance
Support marquee events with forecasting, readiness checks, and post-event analysis
Validate and manage data pipelines, taxonomies, and documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Brand Insights to connect analytics to business outcomes
Educate Sales teams on new metrics, tools, and reports; host office hours and training sessions
Proactively identify gaps in reporting and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and insight delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or related field
2–4+ years in analytics or data‑driven ecommerce roles; retail/CPG experience preferred
Experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) and strong Excel/Sheets
Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences
Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred

Familiarity with Amazon datasets (Brand Analytics, ARA Premium), CommerceIQ, and Circana a plus
