Responsibilities

Execute battery EE-level tests and deliver accurate, detailed test reports
Generate KPIs to support daily lab operations and performance tracking
Review BMU schematics and layouts to verify conformance and assess testability
Conduct investigations and prepare supporting technical reports
Write test plans, co-develop procedures, and analyze validation data
Set up and run complex test configurations using high-accuracy lab equipment
Troubleshoot test equipment and sample issues
Use a variety of measurement tools to test batteries and cells

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Strong understanding of EE bench test equipment (oscilloscopes, meters, data loggers, power supplies)
Extensive lab experience with an ownership-driven mindset
Data-driven decision-making skills
Strong documentation and communication skills
Experience with automated test platforms and scripting (Python or similar)
3–5 years of relevant experience
