Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including AP/AR, payroll, and bank reconciliations
Maintain accurate general ledger and prepare monthly financial statements
Assist with month-end and year-end close
Coordinate with CPA staff on tax and reporting needs
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

Required

3+ years of full charge bookkeeping experience (CPA firm experience a plus)
