Chief Financial Officer
Confidencial is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) responsible for overseeing the company’s overall financial strategy, planning, and management. The CFO will act as a strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership, ensuring financial stability and driving sustainable growth through effective financial operations and risk management.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with business objectives and long-term growth plans
Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board on financial performance, risks, and opportunities
Provide forward-looking financial analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning
Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with regulatory and accounting standards
Establish and monitor financial KPIs to track performance and profitability
Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital structure
Lead fundraising, financing, and investor relations activities as required
Evaluate investment opportunities, M&A activities, and capital allocation decisions
Identify, assess, and mitigate financial, operational, and regulatory risks
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal control standards
Oversee audits, tax planning, and relationships with external advisors
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance team
Establish scalable financial systems, processes, and controls to support business growth
Promote financial discipline and transparency across the organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
5-8+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or financial leadership roles
Proven experience in senior financial management positions
Strong expertise in financial strategy, corporate finance, and financial governance
Solid understanding of financial reporting standards, taxation, and regulatory requirements
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to communicate complex financial matters clearly to senior executives and Board members
Preferred
Experience in investment firms, financial services, technology, or high-growth companies
Background in fundraising, M&A, or post-investment financial management
CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification
Professional working proficiency in English
