Responsibilities
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for quality, finance, and population health
Analyze financial and utilization trends, including benchmark comparisons
Integrate data from multiple sources (Epic, payors, vendors) into a unified system
Utilize predictive modeling for risk and performance projections
Identify patterns and root causes within large datasets
Collaborate with clinicians and leaders to provide data-driven insights
Serve as a super-user for the RHP data warehouse and Epic reporting tools
Ensure data integrity and timeliness in coordination with vendors
Produce ad hoc reports and support care management initiatives
Liaise between RHP and Enterprise Intelligence teams to translate business needs into actionable reporting solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
0–6 years in data analytics or business intelligence (healthcare preferred)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint
Proficiency with SQL and relational database concepts
Familiarity with Epic reporting tools and database structure
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools
Preferred
1+ years of healthcare analytics experience
Project management experience
