Midwest Health, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Quality Assurance Assistant who will provide continuous support and assistance for the QA projects and the QA Manager. The role involves maintaining QA records, updating procedures, assisting with audits, and ensuring effective documentation for quality assurance efforts.

Responsibilities

Regular worksite attendance
Maintain and manage QA records such as revision history of documents, registers for existing QA programs, and logs for daily quality checks
Updating food safety/quality procedures and assisting with implementation of documents
Assist with documenting and record keeping of existing products in the Approved Supplier Program and new products from Research and Development
Assist, participate, or conduct internal audits in close liaison with QA Manager
Prepare and review for approval from QA management, technical documents for manufacturing, R&D, and other food safety/quality related projects
Assist in analyzing data and map out fluctuations and changes
Overall daily duties related to maintaining general office procedures at the direction of management

Required

High School diploma or GED required
Effective oral and written communication skills
Proficient Microsoft Office skills
