Responsibilities
Support program execution strategy across multiple areas of products and the platform – including kickstarting 0 to 1 efforts, accelerating execution, and enhancing quality/outcomes for product objectives through programmatic solutions
Collect and analyze product data and users from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions
Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders and support decision-making effectively
General program management to identify opportunities and see challenges before they arise, predict roadblocks, strengthen cross-functional relationships, and execute on plans
Proactively identify program risks, develop and execute mitigation plans, and communicate rationale and updates clearly
Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts
Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc
Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base
Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested
Qualification
Required
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience working in consulting, strategy, operations, or equivalent program management experience or education
Degree in project management, business, marketing, finance, or operations - with particular focus on product operations
Effective critical thinking and experience in leveraging data to anticipate and unblock problems and drive solutions
Proven time-management and organizational skills
Experience working with teams to develop and improve operational systems and tools
Experience driving collaboration of cross-functional teams, coordinating effectively, and inspiring others
Experience resolving conflicts by finding win-win scenarios, identifying tradeoffs, and setting clear priorities
Experience in controlling risk and setting priorities
Experience communicating effectively
Preferred
Direct experience supporting reliability initiatives, including managing and resolving flytrap regressions and data incident investigations
Demonstrated ability to manage external vendors and partners to deliver operational excellence in incident response and reliability programs
Proven skills in designing, implementing, and continuously improving complex processes for incident detection, regression management, and operational workflows
Strong analytical capabilities to identify trends, deliver insights, and drive improvements in regression and SEV management; experience with data visualization and reporting tools is a plus
Ability to synthesize incident and regression data to inform cross-functional teams and influence product or process changes
