Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day onsite IT operations and act as the primary technical escalation point
Provide Tier 2 support across servers, networks, security, and end-user systems
Coach, mentor, and guide a small onsite support team to meet SLAs
Manage Windows Server environments, backups, virtualization, and Azure resources
Oversee networking, firewall, VPN, and wireless troubleshooting
Maintain accurate documentation, runbooks, and work instructions
Partner closely with client stakeholders and internal leadership
Qualification
Required
Experience leading onsite technical teams in a client-facing environment
Hands-on expertise with Windows Server, Hyper-V, and Azure
Working knowledge of Fortinet, Meraki, Unifi, and VPN technologies
Ability to script or automate tasks using PowerShell
Experience supporting enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions
Active technical certifications across Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, or Fortinet
