CSAV Systems is seeking an Internal IT Support Specialist to serve as the primary internal IT resource while coordinating with their Managed Service Provider (MSP). This position focuses on daily IT operations, cybersecurity, user support, and maintaining stable internal systems.

Responsibilities

Serve as the internal point of contact for IT issues; coordinate escalations with the MSP

Support users with hardware, software, identity/access, workstation setup, and troubleshooting

Manage ThreatLocker policies, approvals, and application control

Maintain IT assets across endpoints, basic networking, and Microsoft 365

Monitor cybersecurity tools and support backups and recovery

Document IT standards, procedures, and equipment tracking

Work independently to maintain secure, reliable daily IT operations

Assist AV teams with IT-related items when appropriate
