Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients within the Behavioral Health space, including public and private health care and social service agencies, clinics, and healthcare providers
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and industry events
Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our solutions
Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including county and state leadership of appropriate public service departments, C-suite executives and decision-makers
Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships
Client Support: Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure clients receive the highest level of service and support
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives
Feedback Loop: Provide feedback from clients to the product development team to inform product improvements and innovations
Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the CRO, providing insights into sales performance and market opportunities
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the healthcare industry or SaaS sector
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and related regulations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to manage complex sales cycles and navigate large organizations
Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools
Strong organizational and time management skills
Self-motivated and results-driven
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset
High level of integrity and professionalism
