Customer Service Coordinator
Metro Light & Power is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support their day-to-day operations. This role is essential for facilitating communication between customers, internal teams, and overseas factories, focusing on order management and customer support.

Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone and email, providing professional and accurate information
Troubleshoot issues related to orders, shipments, and deliveries, coordinating with internal and external partners to resolve problems efficiently
Communicate with overseas factories regarding order status, inventory of components, and estimated shipping dates
Request, organize, and review technical specification sheets and related documentation
Prepare accurate price quotes, order confirmations, and supporting paperwork
Maintain organized records of open orders, shipments, and customer communications
Answer and direct incoming calls; greet and assist visitors and vendors
Manage mail and shipping logistics, ensuring timely receipt and dispatch of materials
Order and maintain office supplies, and oversee general office upkeep
Coordinate required facility inspections, ensuring fire extinguishers, exit signs, and safety equipment remain compliant
Liaise with building management and service providers as needed
